Cloud DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer (Azure Focus)

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and manage cloud architecture in Azure using best practices for scalability, reliability, and security 

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps 

• Deploy and operate AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) clusters and container workloads 

• Configure and secure Azure API Management, Azure Virtual Networks, Private Endpoints, and VPN Gateways 

• Manage cloud databases including Azure Cosmos DB 

• Support data engineering workloads using Azure Databricks (collaboration with AI/Data teams) 

• Monitor cloud environments using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights 

• Collaborate with backend and AI engineers to streamline deployment workflows 

• Apply high standards of cloud security, identity management, and compliance 

• Provide support for cloud deployments on AWS when needed 

Required Skills & Experience 

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services 

• Hands-on experience with AKS and container orchestration 

• Proficiency in Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, artifacts) 

• Solid understanding of Terraform or Bicep (IaC) 

• Experience with Cosmos DB and distributed data storage 

• Familiarity with Azure Databricks (cluster configuration, job runs) 

• Strong networking skills: VNet, Subnetting, Private Link, VPN, DNS 

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm 

• Knowledge of cloud security, RBAC, managed identities, and policies 

• Basic knowledge of AWS (EC2, IAM, S3, EKS or ECS) 

Must Have 

• Experience in high-compliance environments (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, etc.) 

• Knowledge of API security and Azure API Management 

• Experience with logging, observability, and cloud monitoring design 

• Familiarity with ML pipeline deployment and GPU workloads (NVIDIA, CUDA)
